Late 2019 I started my own company with my partner for musical and technical support to the events and corporate industry. This has seen some of my skill grow even more and give me a deeper awareness of what is needed to run a company. • Gained more knowledge about what it means to run a business and acquired a deeper financial understanding • Providing onsite technical support both face-to-face and remotely • Booking and managing upcoming and reoccurring events • Working with different teams and reaching the goal on a daily basis • Live streaming became a big part of my skillsets for 2020 and beyond • Interstate travel as a Technical Director for roadshows • My problem-solving skills have given me a resilience to overcome adversity • Keeping myself up to date with current technical equipment and software • Being able to work both independently and as part of a team to meet the common deadline. • Able to adapt and be flexible with last minute challenges has enabled me to respond quickly with a level-headed approach • I have always had an eagerness to learn and grow which has seen me receive training and shadowing of senior colleagues at events and their officesAs a Bassist I perform with various ensembles with Chaika at the front - https://www.chaikaband.com/

At AV1 I worked closely with Production Managers and Clients to assist with the complete delivery of events from conception to execution and finish. • Liaise with corporate executives, clients, venue staff, contractors and suppliers to deliver important information on the event • Higher understanding of onsite safety to crew and clients by conducting safety briefings and completing WHS documentation • Responsible onsite, in lieu of production manager, for managing crew and to facilitate a seamless event execution • Assisting production managers to keep jobs within budget and make any changes necessary • In charge of delivering training to junior crew members to ensure safe working practices of equipment • Touring around Australia and internationally, being part of a team or solo, as a technical director
