Responsible for the turnover in Benelux, UK, Ireland, Scandinavia & Finland for both the Chempharma and Energy divisions. This includes weekly and monthly reporting + handling forecasts.Direct steering and coaching of a team of mainly Area Sales Managers within a matrix organisation, in close collaboration with Finance, Operations and Marketing.Negotiation of >1MIO€ contracts.Strong hands on management of sales team and key distributors. Active member for introducing new product developments in the market.Active searching for continuous improvement to achieve next level of excellence with the team. Networking in the field to enter new business opportunities.
