I am the Risk, Buildings, Fleet and Supply Chain Manager at Dynamic Brands Manufacturing.My current role:• To manage the company’s health and safety, insurance, risk, buildings, assets, fleet, environment, and high value raw material supply at a systemic and situational level, to ensure SHER, operational and productivity targets are met and within budget.• To ensure that Dynamic Brands operate in compliance with all related legal and regulatory requirements. • To implement projects and operational enhancements and manage all aspects of people discipline and performance.To manage the warehousing of products at the factory and the controlled transfer of products to the Distribution Centre.I joined Dynamic Brands in April 2014 as the Project Manager Infrastructure; additional opportunities were presented to me to take on the role as the CI Facilitator (Continuous Improvement) and to resume my original position as the Project Manager Infrastructure. I was also presented with the opportunity in the Procurement department to manage the purchasing of high value Raw Materials. I ran the Logistics department from 2017 to 2019, while continuing my duties in Procurement before becoming the Risk, Buildings, Fleet & Supply Chain Manager. Before joining Dynamic Brands, I worked as a Valuer for over 12 years with ABSA Bank and broadened my knowledge and expertise through DDP Valuers and Abalaing Valuers. I worked under supervision of Professional Valuers, and have applied the knowledge acquired through studies and work experience in the market.I am organized, energetic, positive, and hard working with high standards and high work ethics. I constantly set myself higher goals/targets to achieve in my personal and professional life.I completed my National Diploma in Real Estate in 2015. I am enrolled with the SACVP (South African Council for the Valuers Profession) as a candidate Valuer.I have obtained valuable skills throughout my career as a Candidate Valuer that will be beneficial in every field. I am driven, systems orientated, able to analyze situations and apply corrective actions, work unsupervised, goal orientated, passionate about my work, willing to learn on a continuous basis, able to cope under pressure and deliver results and meet customers’ expectations.
