Swedish lightweight constructions at sea(S-LASS) is a nonprofit organization with industries, research institutes, universities and authorities that gathers leading expertise in lightweight maritime construction from industry, research and development but also includes and invites participants that wish to advance their knowledge in this field and to become involved in the ongoing expansion of lightweight ship and offshore construction. Part-time employment for coordination of a feasability study for structural lightweight solutions in offshore platforms. The study includes mapping of applicable rules and regulations, marketing survey and application for an extended development project.

Section Manager with responsibility for Composite and Hull design, a group of 15 employees with different backgrounds, from technical vocational school to Ph.D.Focus on resource management, employee and organizational development as well as technical development and R&D.Developed in cooperation with a core of the employees Kockums Composite strategy that resulted in the launch of the commercial product areas CarboCAT ® and Composite Superstructure Concept ® within Kockums product portfolio.

Responsible for the production of hull and pre-outfitting of the Visby Class Corvettes. The assignment included development, implementation and optimization of a flow-orientated production of composite ship built on standard activities. A 25% reduction of time-consumption was achieved. This period will be rememberd as one of the most experiencing during my career. The work was performed mostly in the workshops in close cooperation with the blue collars and their supervisors.
