- Provide operational coordination and communication among the project team, operations, and project management design that delivers on operational needs, creative intent, and a great Guest experience- Develop and delivers assets to meet the project phase deliverables schedule- Provide design input on the project to enable the best use of capital expenditures and allow for an efficient operation and reducing total cost of ownership- Create presentation materials on project updates and challenge for Creative, project management, operations, and senior leadership- Conduct benchmarking research of artwork, imagery, other reference materials, and other operational practices as needed- Assist in negotiations of contract for services and/or goods- Manage contracts and relationships with consultants and vendors- Partner with leaders of the division of work to achieve and align objectives relative to scope, schedule, budget and execution- Manage and organize documentation of operation process and requirements from inception to delivery of operational requirement guidelines- Develop relationships at multiple levels of the project team and community- Facilitate problem solving sessions to address concerns about designs, process, etc. to assure successful project turnover and sustainable operation- Assist in the development of the projects' theory of operation including business strategy and justification Document meetings, development sessions, and brainstorming- Manage multiple portions of the larger project scope- Manage the purchasing and procurement of Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Operating Supplies for new locations- Assist creative, project management, and operations to prioritize scope, projects, and budget Assist Human Resources in developing Hiring Strategy and Timing for new locations- Track project scope against budget- Develop strategies and plans to manage risk
