Our services include pre-application consultations and site meetings with DWS, determining specialist studies required by DWS, information gathering and WULA compilation, WULA submission and post submission status follow up.Site VerificationThis service is typically provided to clients who are not sure if their property has lawful water use rights or not. By providing this service, iwula can assist a client in determining what the precise status is of a property’s existing lawful water use entitlement by engaging with the Department of Water and Sanitation in this regard.WULA Compliance AuditingOnce a water use license has been granted, it has several conditions attached to it that must be complied with by the authorised water user. These conditions are determined by the Department of Water and Sanitation.
