Afrisam is about 80 years old with +- 1800 employeesMy responsibilities include:• Determining the maintenance activities for Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) and Lubrication • Maintaining data in the PMMS, CMMS and various CBM, PdM and Preventive Maintenance technique Databases• Actively participate in reliability improvement programs, RCA & FRACAS processes• Directly managing the CBM and Lubrication team • Focus on precision maintenance and ensuring the correct preventive / predictive maintenance routines are done timeously and to the correct standards • Generation of the CAPEX plans and guiding of OPEX spend
