Started up new central global IT organization within Inwido with 7 resources. Started and ran local IT manger co-operation forum.In one year implemented common global AD, mail & calendar, office365 and Skype for business in 97% of company.Implemented a transparent cost-structure. Implemented supply chain for iPhones and iPads.The central IT organization also ran CRM, Policy and Security project.

Fact based process driven global sourcing. Largest contract €45MEUR. Mainly IT related sourcing. Mainly negotiation with supplier representatives from Europe and North America, but also ASIA and Middle East. Uniting internal stakeholder. Over a period I was also Vendor Relation Ship Manager for IKEA's largest supplier of Software. Sourcing of Service, Goods and Licenses - and complex combination of above, with local adoptions. High focus on legal rights.
