• Oversee all financial operations for Quadrent Group including financial reporting, budgeting,forecasting, and analysis.• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support Quadrent Group’s overall goalsand objectives• Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership toachieve company’s goal• Collaborate with other divisions to develop and implement business plans, budgets, andforecasts• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

• Managing budgets and ensuring that Quadrent operates within its financial constraints• Preparing and analysing financial reports to provide insight into the financial performance of Quadrent• Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements including tax and accounting standards• Providing leadership and guidance to finance/operational team including setting performance goals and providing ongoing support and training• Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for financial improvement and develop solutions to financial challenges

• Working closely with the CFO and business development managers to strengthen key operational areas and target financial growth• Profitability modelling for future enterprise valuation purposes• Liaise with external funders to streamline the receivable process• Responsible for the annual company tax return for the group• In charge of payroll• Supervising assistant accountant• IT system upgrade and migration• Process improvement – debtor management, reporting, arrears management

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budget and quarterly rolling forecasts and draft external reporting• Detail account analysis corporate month end reconciliation• Prepare monthly GST return and weekly cash flow forecast• Supervise the annual audit• Maintain and administer the corporate financial accounting and loan management systems

• Management of client relationships with chief executives, councils, information technology, and finance teams• Coaching, development, and supervision of junior members• Review of internal controls, policies and procedures, assessment of entities environment, strategic direction, and governance• Audit of financial statements in accordance with NZ IFRS• Report writing and revaluation review
