CurrentWorking as a SAP technical lead architect and project manager.I have long experience from upgrades, migrations of systems, installations (within the Basis / Infra-structure area). I have been working a lot with data migration (master data to all SAP ERP modules), and I also have competence in the development area. Much involvement in change management, conduct improvements, and problem solving with solution implementation has also been a natural part of work. My main focus is in the technical area, but I have always worked with strong interaction together with the actual business areas / processes. I have been engaged in different roles; project management in the SAP technical area, technical team lead, data migration responsible, as developer, and also worked with pre-sales. Many of the deliveries I have been involved in, have been handled by multi-cultural teams.I have worked in most of the project phases from pre-study to implementation/ rollouts, and with application management and support.
