Certified Climber Instructor.Competence to run individual training for people with different diagnoses and limitations: stress-related diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular disease, pain, respiratory diseases and age-related diseases. Competent to treat and train a patient after surgery or an treatment, to help and support a person who is tryin to get back from illness or pain.Like using measurements for guiding a client, to show weak links, strong links and educate them in there own body. These measurements can regard physical, mental and medical parameters.I have a 14 year long experience in helping and guiding people towards a better health, running and managing a facility (InMo Awereness Training) for 12 years and for the past 2 years KLTK gym (tennis and squash). I am also a partner at these two gyms. I like to work with other professions like physiotherapists, naprapaths, chiropractors etc, I´m a teamplayer. I have trained a lot of tennis and squash players in recent years, completed tests and programs for several football teams. For the past 3 years I have also been a football coach in Hammarby IF, the biggest football club in Sweden. Done several group classes and personal group trainer along the road. Been working a lot with children and adolescents, something I really enjoy and my oldest client is Olof 87 years old.
