I’ve always been very passionate about technology and how technology is used in environments to create value, make life easier and more secure. I have a solid background in IT infrastructure and a broad architectural understanding in enterprise environments. Within my current employment at Nexus as Head of Technical Account Management, I lead an European team of seven Technical Account Managers (Sweden, Germany, France), with focus on improving technical know-how and spreading knowledge cross regions, challenge and improving the pre-sales process and joint way-of-work, tools used within the team and Nexus global product demonstration platform. I’m also heavily involved in working close with Nexus global key accounts and partners where I can use my great presentational skills combined with technical know-how. Once a quarter, I go in front of the camera together with the marketing team to record “Nexus Smart ID quarterly release”, which covers news and exiting features release in Nexus software or services. I’m involved in all parts of the process from initial discussions and planning with the product owners/managers, creating the story telling, content, slides, demos and actual execution and editing. I’m always well prepared, very business oriented and see myself as a problem solver. I really love the concept of a product or service that together with other products and services being combined to a solution that brings value to the customer.
