Created a common documentation structure that reduced waste in our ways of working, a common module identification design, together with sourcing and vendors developed a cheaper circuit with better performance that not only saved money but also saved our product performance, significant yield improvements in soldering of modules, led a project developing a module that was re-used in many different radio products saving developing time and cost.
