Welcome to my professional journey, an evolution driven by a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in multi disciplinary engineering skills. Starting out as a design/draughtsman, I immersed myself in 3D CAD and R&D departments, laying the groundwork to be oriented towards innovation and improvement of products and machines.Though the progression to a senior 3D CAD designer and product developer, I focused on refining my skills in industrial design, translating concepts into practical solutions. Striving to develop strong communication and human relations, which led to the responsibility of managing a factory, where I gained valuable experience in leadership and technical management.However, it was my transition to a field service commissioning engineer where I enjoy a full spectrum of challenging technical, commercial, and management responsibilities. Specializing in cryogenic air separation plants, I find myself travelling extensively to overseeing commissioning projects for international industrial gas companies as clients. This role demands a more diverse skill set than I ever imagined. As a commissioning engineer, I've been humbled on many occasions by the complex challenges and perseverance required to solve them. Each project presents its own set of obstacles, and I approach them with a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn. My focus is not just on solving problems, but on instilling a customer with confidence during the process of painstaking elimination of various in troubleshooting. Today, as I lead a team of technicians and travel internationally to commission cryogenic air separation plants and related equipment, I am privileged by the opportunity to see the world and learn from experienced experts. Every project teaches me something new, and I am grateful for the chance to contribute to meaningful solutions in the industrial engineering space.
