Johan van Tonder is an adaptive, strategic thinker & an operational implementer with a vast field of experience in different market segments; supporting his proven leadership, holistic thinking and executive capacities. Johan started his career in the South African Army, which stretched over a period of 7 years, the last 6 years in the Air force. He was appointed in a number of different command roles and positions. Subsequently Johan entered the private sector where most experience was gained covering aspects such as; Systems integrations, Network Engineering, Operational Management, Project Management & Site Management, all in various levels. In 1999, Johan started working for IBM SA an International Information Technology company as a Project Systems Engineer in the IT industry. Worked extensive on project and systems integration for different companies in the Sub-Saharan arena. Joined a smaller technology solutions Company in 2014 call CCI Technologies concentrating on cable and wireless infrastructure. 2015 to 2016 Installed joint operations centre’s for a European based company working in extreme conditions with tight deadlines managing procurement, installations from new buildings and satellite offices across the country. Multinational integration with latest security and WAN connectivity. Highly volatile security issues from physical site to LAN security.
