My clear mission from the board, was to build the company Umazing, one of eight companies in the Forsheda group. From idea (invention) to production and implementation on the construction market.Unfortunately the Forshedagroup was declared bankrupted 231215. Major accomplishments- Completed the patent process- Developed Umazing’s business-, Financial- and strategic plan- Searched and found a factory premises- Established contact and participation with the municipality where we had our factory- Produced design, drawings as well as documentation for the production line- Made the first machine investments- Secured test requirements and established contact – ahead of upcoming tests at RISE- Established collaboration with two Universities due to our invention- Secured external funding for RISE and large part of the production line- Prepared for participation and market presentation at the upcoming Nordbygg fair.

Major accomplishments¬ Due Diligence - I did the overall DD-process. Found that the valuation was reasonable, after which the company was purchased.¬ Buying-in process completed - After DD validation.¬ Turn around - I turned a negative result of -2MSEK into profit in 8 months. Focus on costs and greatly expanded customer base.¬ Strong market and customer development - Increased customer base from 250 to 500 customers and initiated rewarding collaboration with a number of key customers.¬ Development and implementation of an additional product portfolio - Launched a full assortment floor screed product line. This meant that we could sell two product groups to the same customer, and thus be able to deliver a complete solution.¬ Steady increase in turnover and profit - From a negative result of SEK -2 million to an annual profit of between SEK 2.5-3 million, with a steady increase in turnover.¬ Social Media - Made a vigorous effort. New interactive website, high activity in social media such as Instagram, Twitter, FB and LinkedIn.
