Community:- Managed a Discord community of 24,000 members - Coordinated communication, announcements, and updates from the company to the community - Focused on keeping the community happy with events, initiatives, and giveaways - Used Discord Analytics to review data and metrics on how we can improve the community (onboarding, engagement, growth, etc.) Marketing: - Directed the marketing strategy for Twitter, focusing on growth and engaging content - Analyzed and iterated on the strategy depending on the results of the analytics - Collaborated with other communities for cross-promotion

- Promoted Japan as a premiere destination in key markets, namely the U.S. (East Coast), and Latin America, primarily in South American markets; Brazil especially. - Assisted heavily in the leisure market, for both B2C and B2B sectors. Translated and interpreted from Japanese to English, Spanish, and vice versa. Designed dozens of e-mail templates used by the mail team to communicate with customers. English editor/reference for company newsletters, web posts, and official announcements. Also trained new employees, about 4 employees were fully trained by me, using my own training program and schedule.
