In order to do this well, you need to first understand your own personality type.Accept the fact that economy is the driver behind pretty much everything in professional life. This economy or cost and profit consciousness needs to influence everything you do down to the details of your daily work.I have experience from fuel, insurance, finance, public administration, retail, E-Com, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, IT and construction equipment manufacturing. I have led or contributed to the introduction of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AML), procured and/or implemented IT systems (Finance, ERP, Control & Management, Middleware, Data warehouse and Case management systems). I have led large organizational change management projects. As an IT-architect I have designed and implemented complex infrastructure solutions. I have participated in the development of new products (mobile phones, transmissions) Examples of organizations I have worked with are OKQ8, Folksam, SEB, Forex Bank, Systembolaget, Uppsala kommun, H&M, Ericsson, Vattenfall, 3, Accenture, IBM and Volvo BM.I have a Master of Science degree in engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology.
