At TKB I'm responsible for the overall Cloud (Azure) Architecture.As part of a digital transformation project, I set up a new Azure DevOps organisation, and migrated the TFS data, I designed and implemented three DTA-streets, consolidated existing subscriptions and (shared) resources, implemented a Hub&Spoke model, I designed and built a new DWH solution for both internal and external audiences, and I wrote Azure Framework/LZ-guidelines and policies on how to create new Azure-based solutions and how to migrate existing systems, applications and data workloads to Azure. At ING, I was responsible for three DevOps Squads (22 engineers) working on Employee, ISP, Risk and Payment applications. The Squads use a combination of Microsoft (.NET, SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint) and React technology to provide advanced, but easy-to-use solutions to end-users. In 2019, I offshored the Dutch external workforce to an IT partner in India, and in 2020 I started the execution of a large LCM/ALM project that modernized the infrastructure and application landscapes using Azure, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow as its foundation.My assignment ended in October 2020 due to a maximum contract length.

Neuranalyze.com is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform that provides automated neuronal/brain images analysis services. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure technologies to scale for maximum throughput. It allows labs to upload their data and have the results send back in minutes, at a fraction of the costs of manual analysis, to speed up the discovery of new medical therapeutics for various syndromes, conditions and diseases. From February 2017 until mid-May 2018, I was responsible for the AFM Application Management team and managed the resource allocation, I initiated team/personal development to maximize (operating) results, I alligned (scrum) project teams and made sure the team met all SLA's and UC's, spanning across around 40 applications and services. The team used Topdesk to handle incidents, problems and changes, and a Kanban board to manage workload. I worked closely with third parties, (enterprise) architects, system administrators and developers to help them build and operate the best solutions providing maximum value to all users.My assignment ended in May 2018 due to a maximum contract length.

At AFM, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, I helped my team manage and operate the different SharePoint, CRM, AFAS Profit, and custom web environments, services and applications, I also provided expertise, both on an architectual and engineering level, on how to upgrade them to cloud (hybrid) versions.

Docslogistics built an e-invoicing subscription platform on Microsoft Azure, called Dox-Connect, which I architected and co-engineered. I was also responsible for project management and provided guidance on scrum, and SharePoint and Azure technologies. Development was done in Serbia.

Helping customers like PostNL (scrum master role), Kiwa (business analyst role), Arkin (engineering role) and Elver (engineering role) get the most value out of their Office 365, SharePoint Online and Azure investments.
