At Devinco I worked with B2B sales in the Swedish and the Norwegian market.My mission was to find and attract new customers in the construction industry that should get value from Devincos solutions. This included GPS-tracking of equipment/resources, triplogs for their cars/vehicles and digital administration tools for workers both in the field and in the office. I sourced over 1000 opportunities by cold calling during the 2 years I was hired here.

At Estrela Communication I led a team of around 25 sales agents in various projects in Lisbon, Portugal.The company was newly started and I got in on day 1, which brought many challenges to be solved which in turn teached me a lot. I was involved in gamifying the office and creating a culture that led to positive results. My mission was to find potential customers and to create solutions and strategies which would increase their revenue by improving their presence on social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. I got to handle the process from the first cold call, executing discoveries/demos, offers and signing deals. I then communicated/ handed over the strategies/solutions to programmers and graphical designers who then took over the cases.
