My team work with data-in connections to ad and marketing platforms, bringing the data in to Funnel to make it available for marketers. We build resilient integrations optimised for high data volumes. We use python and host it in AWS.As a coach I work primarily with my team and its individuals to find the best wow. It means I help my team to surface any problems or inefficiency and try to adopt modern agile methods. It also includes coaching the team to do software teaming (mob programming), TDD, functional and/or object-oriented programming, build pipelines etc. I work together with other coaches to help and support each others. It can be in a reactive manner but most importantly how we can work together to strengthen the teams, the coaches and the collab between teams.

The common theme was to help them to succeed with their digital footprint. It spanned from creating front-ends apps, work with backend (API design, api, scalability etc) and to experiment and learn from creating new digital services. As always integration work with other systems was a key part. Some of the tech I worked with includes React Native, React, Expo, Scala, Java, Node.js, Javascript, Typescript, Gatsby.

Some of the challenges I was involved in was build and ship faster and cut the monolith into smaller pieces (which in some cases where aligned). Java and spring are heavily used.

Working in department Connected services and solutions, a part of the marketing division, to explore, develop and grow services enabled by connected vehicles. I was employed within marketing division, instead of IT, to strategically work close together with end users and marketing people. I worked as a manager and there were 4 development teams + offshore to deliver the services. They were built using AngularJS and C#, deployed to Azure.

I was head of product and development, managing the portfolio at C2 which consist of 3 products and a web development offering. In total I had 3 teams and 12 people reporting to me. The products is in the brand and marketing space, to organise all the brand and marketing assets a company need. Even though this was primarily a manger position I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time hands-on programming together with the teams. The tech was very broad java, php, javascript, SQL, MongoDB, docker, drupal, wordpress to name a few.My career started at C2 working for BrandAirport, a subsidiary for C2, but it was later merged into C2 Brand Implementation.

Developing a new product from scratch, I was the team lead. The team was 6 developers and we had a scrumban-like way-of-working.BrandAirport as a company was a subsidairy for C2 and later on merged into it's parent.
