My tasks was to manage and lead the team in the delivery of IT-consultants to large organizations within the three industries mentioned above, as well as continuing to work with sales.As of April 2013 my team merged with another team within Dfind IT. The team that I was in charge of grew to include more co-workers (a total of eight full time employees). This also added the telecom industry to our focus and resulted in my team being responsible for all sales towards large clients.During this whole time, and in parallel to leading the team, I also worked with sales towards new and existing accounts. The role included responsibility for the budget, the result and the personnel.
