Currently I am employed by Impirica Inc., a software development company currently focused on producing a solution to ensure drivers are cognitively safe to drive. I was hired as the User Support Technician to field customer support calls, build and ship computer systems & inventory management, and assist the development team with quality assurance testing. They had given me an opportunity where I had no prior customer support experience or computer issue solving skills outside of my training and hobbies.Through my short tenure, my work scope have expanded to include asset management, process improvement, scripting for automation in Zoho CRM, implementing ticket management software, writing technical and user documentation for a knowledgebase, and more.A smaller team at ABB Inc. had given me an opportunity to start as an Order Administrator back in Jan 2015. They took a risk in hiring me with little background in the financial and project management industry. I was able to adapt to their environment and learn the necessary skills to be successful and a valuable employee. During my time, I was able to develop Excel based systems to rapidly improve the teams ability to provide accurate and up to date information on the cost controlling aspects of the projects. I was also involved in managing purchase orders, vendor and customer invoices, employee timesheets for payroll and projects, monthly revenue forecasting, and various other tasks.Profile background image credit to quotefancy.
