From the beginning of my working carrier I understood that computerization would have a major impact on our way of working. As a young employee of our family construction company, I wrote a network planning program that I sold and became IBISPLAN II and was taken over by many large construction companies.Focus on information flows and (re-) organization and management of organizations based on this, has always remained. But as interim manager, change manager, consultant, supervisor and mediator I am always working with people. Since without their explicit support, of course, no change is possible.I regularly support organizations, directors and managers. Often to help solve problems (sometimes with mediation or arbitration), but also as supervisor and/or providing advice. Where necessary, I lead change processes or perform program or project management.My experience lies in mediation and managing change processes. In addition, as a political director at a 100K + municipality, I was able to direct various developments in the social and infrastructure field.
