The Wadvaarders Association is an ambassador for pleasure craft on the Wad. As an interest group, we are working on keeping the Wadden Sea open for pleasure craft, with an eye for the Wadden Sea nature. In addition, we are working on responsible behavior in pleasure craft. We promote that you should treat nature on the Wad well. That is why we are co-initiators of the Code of Honor for Wadvaarders.

Nautin.nl is created and maintained by about 20 enthusiastic volunteers for pleasure craft on spacious inland waterways, the Dutch and German Wadden as well as the coastal waters.The foundation achieves this goal by maintaining a digital platform for nautical data. The "Quicktide" app, which is known among water sports enthusiasts, is a product of Nautin, among others.

Stoer is the first Edese Parent Initiative, a small-scale form of living set up by committed parents who want to see their children grow in a warm and safe home. The young people have outgrown the parental home or in the process thereof. The parents are confident that they will set up a great house that will be ready in the summer of 2020. The love for chamber music binds the members of the Hexagon ensemble. They make distinct choices from classical, twentieth-century and contemporary repertoire for wind instruments and piano. The (inter-) nationally known ensemble uses it to put together surprising programs in which they combine tradition and innovation. In the 2020-2021 season, the Hexagon Ensemble existed thirty years. The business interests of the ensemble are promoted within a foundation with an independent board.

Permar WS is the executive organization (turnover 10 million) of the Social Work Provision Act (Wsw) for the municipalities of Barneveld, Ede, Renkum, Scherpenzeel and Wageningen. Redevco Turkey. As external projectleader (of ProVicis) member of steering- and work groups. Goal was to select, implement and embed in the Turkish organization however connected to the European head office, a new Property Management System to support for managing shopping centres to be opened third quarter 2009. The system became live on the date as planned initially.

Amsterdam En Omgeving, Nederland

Mediation between developer and contractor who build a major, complex office building (>10.000m2) at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam region. Timeframes, budgets and quality were not met during constructions. ProVicis has been asked to mediate between parties. At the end conflicting parties overcame their differences and agreed upon a for both parties satisfying settlement.Other mediations are done during 2005 - today.

As ProVicis consultant the Management of preparation and realization of a Severe refurbishment of an apartment building in Vlissingen. Marble façade and concrete skeleton were affected by salt seawater. Among others the concrete skeleton was repaired and the marble façade was replaced by granite. Inhabitants were evacuated when the repairs at their apartment were executed. Intense cooperation with Stevens van Dijk for technical and budget matters. Bureau Bouwkunde from Rotterdam was responsible for architectural design.

Hilversum

As manager of change at ProVicis the coordination of the spacious aspects of merging four editorial departments (radio, television, teletext and internet). Combining four separate locations into one editorial department on one "news floor" in Media Park Hilversum. During and within this process the departments also changed their information and editorial equipment radically. Planning and leading of the actual movals.

As ProVicis consultant: Assigned due to a sudden and unexpected departure of that time facility manager.First phase: (Re-) Organisation of moval and merging of three broadcast organisation into one property complex. Control of completion of the new build offices, arranging lay-outs, coordination of actual movals and merging of two facility departments (VARA and NPS) into one. Second phase: Development and designing of a new workplace concept for part of NPS organisation (radio). Preparing (consultation, design of workplace concept and planning) the moval of one editorial staff (NOVA).

On behalf of ProVicis: The investigation in an automation project at a daughter company of Nagron (whole sale of hoist equipment, 325 FTE) where lots of problems appeared after implementation of a new ERP system. Business process redesign to adapt the organisations as much as possible to the new system, vice versa. Negotiations with the software suplier to return consultancy fees for non-realised custom made functionalities, which resulted in substantial refunding of spendings.

As ProVicis consultant for NS Vastgoed: Customer request inventory and Functional design of a budget information system on behalf of their developments in real estate around railroad stations.

Vlissingen / Driebergen

Managing the development of a drastic renovation of 190 houses. Residents stayed in their homes throughout the whole project. Conferring, considering and convincing inhabitants played an important role in this assignment on behalf of ProVicis.

Achmea Bancair Service Centre. As ProVicis consultant: Conceptual development, realisation, and implementation of a flexible workplace concept for 225 employees in a new office complex (Staal Bankiers) in the The Hague centre. Including the coordination of the building process itself.

Hilversum

Acting as interim-manager of ProVicis to realise the lease and refurbishment (redevelopment) of an old high school campus in Hilversum as well as the spread of employees of different RTV editorial staff (total of 210 FTE) due to an unforeseen and sudden need for temporary office space.

Development of a system to predict Wilma's consolidated cash flows and capital employment. Due to their many real estate developments in different countries. Gathering customers requests, writing of functional designs, outsourcing of programming and performing implementation. (ProVicis)

On behalf of ProVicis: Temporary manager of the real estate department of RABO pensionfund.Designing and performing a radical reorganisation of this department. Change of culture was needed to achieve better performance. Discharge of personnel. (Mainly by methods of outplacement). Hiring a new head of the department.

First assignment as ProVicis consultant ("FlexPlan" at that time): Program manager of a steering group and leader of several project groups which prepared plans for infrastructural changes and expansion of this family entertainment park (Second after Disney in Europe).

Zeist

Responsible for their Dutch and later also German real estate portfolio containing office, industrial, retail and residential real estate. This company first acted as an open end fund which resulted in substantial positive cashflows for which new investments and developments had to be acquired. In 1990 this fund was forced to transform into a "closed end" construction due to a bear market period at financial markets. This caused slow investments and viscous development spendings.

- a) Assigned in 1981 as developer for a downtown development in Oosterhout comprising the development of 106 serviceappartments, a cultural centre (theatre), a library, a hotel and restaurant in one buildingcomplex (public/private partnership) as well as surrounding residentials of about 300 appartments / houses / duplexes on behalf of different housing corporations.- b) Assigned as location manager of a new settlement in Aalsmeer in 1985 (near Amsterdam Airport). Acquiring and developing projects as main task.- c) Member of the management team and responsible for the departments “Project Development” and “Sales” for all three settlements of the company as of 1987

Due to publicity as developer of a networkplanning system asked as independend consultant to develope processes and procedures to tender development, refurbishment and maintenance jobs for EDAH's (a nationwide brand in retail, mainly supermarkets) properties more efficient. Also developed a cost estimate system for this purpose to create better comparibillity between purchase in different regions.

In that time, this solution was unique and drew nation wide attention.
