At 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment I learned a lot about the sales process. I learned that listening was more important than pitching. I would build client relationships through a positive attitude and knowledge of the product. Once there was a relationship there, I was not afraid to ask for the sale. After selling the product I would be my customer’s point of contact for service or fitness needs. With continued follow up with past clients, I would assure satisfaction and generate more business. I also learned a lot about the operations of a business. Inventory, marketing, profit margin, books/transactions, etc.
