-Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying and problem-solving issues, interpreting and presenting program results and insights, and developing data-driven analysis for clients-Perform data analysis on multiple data sources to evolve the metrics used to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment-Facilitate and support operations staff in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic initiatives-Serve as an internal resource and adviser on improvement activities-Explore new approaches to work processes by utilizing quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and re-work

-Evaluate state and federal requirements for network information reporting -Lead coordination of national contracts and local vendor networks-Analyze and present assessments of network development progress towards adequacy and to identify gaps in care-Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and to leadership regarding the status of network development activities in new and expansion markets-Oversee the provider contracting new business work flows to ensure efficient processing of provider contracts for network development projects-Identify and analyze business data source requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) prospecting tools and procedures-Monitor process work flows to ensure contracted providers are progressing through systems and processes necessary to implement provider participation agreements-Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation-Develop policy and procedures to ensure visibility and accountability during provider enrollment processes
