• Serve as Oncor’s Transmission Field Operations representative with NERC, Texas RE or other regulatory agencies.

• Direct the development of the transmission power quality monitoring system and develop and maintain a relationship with the large power quality sensitive customers on the transmission system.
• Direct the development and implementation of written procedures for work in power plant switchyards, major transmission stations, and sensitive customer serving substations.
