• Working in HR Shared Services responsible for the production and creation of complex reports to provide management information via the interpretation of HR data providing insight to both support and challenge key.
• Producing suite of management reports including Board Pack, Dashboard, Scheduled reports and ad-hoc MI requests.
• Working with the HR teams to ensure HR data is accurate and consistent.
• Extraction of HR data from multiple systems (including Business Objects), analysis and presentation of reports, graphs and dashboards to the HR Leadership Team. Providing insight, recommendations and areas for focus.
• Constantly looking for ways to improve working practices that result in reduction in time and improvement in accuracy.
• To participate in the training of end-users and in communications about MI reporting tool as appropriate.

• Developing service performance metrics and dashboards for the director of Customer Services Department (The Times, The Sunday Times and The Sun)Responsibilities include;
• Producing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports across Using Excel/PowerPoint/Business Objects toolsets to export data from the Service Management Tool, and transforming it into meaningful Management Information.
• Data manipulation (sort, filter, pivot, array formulae) in Excel, and presentation of findings in PowerPoint.
• Interacting with a wide variety of internal stakeholders to iteratively develop reporting, in a changing business landscape.
• Provide MS Office training for the department.
• Design, build and deliver a weekly rolling 90 day report for the Director and senior management.
