During the course of the next 6 months, deployed with 22 aircraft and personnel from both Wings to conduct advanced training, integrating seamlessly with Exercise Maple Flag for the culmination of the course objectives.

Oversaw the development and implementation of the Logisitics Management Planning Tool (LMPT) allowing the Life Cycle Maintenance Managers and Supply Managers to make truly informed decisions regarding stock holdings, repair and overhaul requirements and spares purchases.Attempted implementation of a CF-18 OWSM for the Propulsion Group (PG). Wrote Request For Proposal, Statement of Work, Data Item Description, Contract Data Requirement List.Implemented a CF-18 OWSM contract for the Primary Air Vehicle and Avionics Systems. Reduced the number of contractors the WSM dealt with by two thirds.Deployed to Yellowknife, NWT to conduct a damage assessment on ac 761 which suffered an ejection when departing from the runway. Detailed analysis allowed the ac to be repaired in situ and fly back to Cold Lake for additional repairs.
