Ensuring the smooth transition from incumbent to new Contract Cleaning Supplier.Ensure incumbent follows the agreed exit strategy.Managing expectation across the Estate.Control all TUPE aspects of changeover.Input into contract negotiations and protect Operational side of business.Ensuring new equipment and supplies are in place.Mobilisation is communicated and timelines defined.Strategic planning of what happens and when during notice period of incumbent.Ensure costings are in line with Tender process and challenge where required to get the "best deal".
