I started as a General Support Specialist for all Clinical Applications After 3.5 years we were moved into Specialized Support Roles where I was attached to the Pharmacy Team.We were responsible for all 2 second Tier Support including Training and Trouble Shooting for all the Catholic Health Organizations Hospitals throughout the Country. We supported CS, Magic and 6.0 including all updates and special Projects as assigned. I worked to help sites achieve Compliance with all state and the every changing Federal Requirements for Reporting of Issues related to a Patients Health using Meditech tools and any others required to meet the requirement. Worked with DR Frist, Telepharmacy and all tools used by the Clinics and hospitals.

I was responsible for training the Physicians in house out system users on a conversation form Cerner to Meditech CS as well as the FUJI PACs system and training all Physicians to use eSignature.I was responsible for training all the office staff of multiple clinics in the Hospitals Geographic Area including Setup and Access to our Network Remotely. We trained and had a excellent Go Live in 3 Months after I joined the staff.

Supported Rad $T and then moved over to the MM Module. I handled updates, Training of Physicians and staffs both in house and in outlying facilities.I installed AGFA PACs for Physicians in their offices and home PC's and trained them to use the system. We also used TalkTec which I was responsible for Loading and Training as well as eSignature for all Physicians. In MM, I was responsible for all applications for multiple departments and assist the Warehouse staff with updating and training users for the JJWilde Handheld Scanners.I implemented a Barcode Inventory for the CathLab to eliminate a Paper System for tracking cases and inventory. We used the Barcodes during the case so that no items used were missed when the staff went back to document. Did the first inventory of the OR Surgical Supplies and found a savings of $750k of excess inventory that was returned to Vendor.

Responsible for International Support of All HP Servers then in productions and discontinued. We supported Installs of RAID and Backup Systems as well as all Trouble Shooting applications to include Microsoft and Novell as well as the First Line of support to include dispatching of Service to the Locations World Wide. Responsible for all Install issues and RAID Configurations and RAID Controllers as well as DAT, DLT and Library Support.

Handled all inventory and shipping of product as well as Hardware Support. I was responsible for the receiving, Shipping and tracking of over 11 Million in Sales annually. I also support the DLT and DAT Tape Backup System including Libraries. I oversaw a staff of 4 on top of my other duties.

Responsible for keeping the Racks filled with freight from the Reserve Racks so that the order pullers had items they needed to pull for the batches they pulled throughout the shift as well as restock the racks with the items that were brought from the receiving dock to the Reserve Rack Slots so they would be in their proper place when they were needed to fill orders. Was part of the Accident Prevention Team and strived to reduce damage and accidents throughout the facility. This required using all forms of Crown Forklifts and working around the conveyor system and working with the Receiving and Shipping Departments to insure the timely receiving and shipping of all inventory to meet Wal-Marts strict just in time system.
