As Director of Quality Control at Nanotherapeutics I am responsible for QC of medical counter measure (MCM) products manufactured at the Advanced Development Manufacturing (ADM) facility in Alachua FL. These MCMs include recombinant based antigens for use in vaccines, therapeutic biologicals and recombinant viral vaccine products.

As Senior Scientific Advisor for Biotech Services I provided advise to our clients for development of their biopharmaceutical products ranging from preclinical to commercial phases. I assist in definition of analytical projects and management of the work. I also represented ABC Labs at various conferences, symposiums and other outward reaching activities in order to assist our clients. This includes presentations of all types to highlight the expertise of our laboratories.

Created a cGMP Biotech Laboratory at a CRO at ABC Laboratories in Columbia MO. I served as the operational director of this cGMP/GLP biopharmaceutical analytical group. We helped clients with development of their CMC method porfolio to support their biopharmaceuticals development program.

Lead a team developing numerous genomic expression medical device tests for diagnosis and risk assessment of various types of cancer. Successfully submitted a NDE application and clinical protocol for approval of a risk assessment of cancer in smokers using an internally standardized qPCR test technology which is currently undergoing clinical trial testing.

Created a new lab for analytical support for inclusion in CMC packages for various biopharmaceutical clients in a GMP compliant CRO laboratory. Held positions as lab manager, fellow to lab director.

Held several position at the rank of 1st Lieutenant to Major at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) and US Army Medical Research Institute of Chem Defense (USAMRICD). Lead projects in development of various antiparasitic drugs and vaccines under FDA approval process. Also lead a team for numerous medical countermeasures against chemical warfare threat agents.
