Having worked in the FM Service industry since 1992, I consider myself to be very articulate, honest, hardworking, adaptable and an extremely organised, committed individual. I like responsibility and thrive on any challenges presented to me in such a diverse and constantly changing Facilities industry. In addition, I have excellent management and customer focused skillset, working with all my clients, colleagues, contractors and staff alike. My pan European and Global cleaning experience and drive to ensure that any solution presented, is sustainable and productive to ensure contract success and retention. My relationship with key contributors to a successful solution, such as procurement and supply chain, is fundamental to my approach. Our world is ever changing with environmental carbon footprint considerations and COVID19, which comes as second nature to the way I present my work ethics.
