• Serve as program liaison to KU offices (e.g. Financial Aid, Registrar, International Student Services, and Graduate Studies)• Skillfully track and analyze current student enrollment, retention, and completion data, generating insightful reports for leadership committees• Provide comprehensive oversight of student success, offering expert guidance on enrollment, course selection, and navigating special circumstances such as leave of absence requests, academic probation, credit transfers, VA benefits, policy exceptions, fee petitions, and room reservations• Acting Scheduling Officer, collaborating with assistant area directors across multiple programs to ensure seamless class scheduling without conflicts• Develop and implement highly effective orientation and onboarding processes for new students, delivering a robust guide that encompasses student services, community resources, and an extensive list of helpful FAQs• Manag the in-person and Online MBA programs, operating as the primary contact for OPM’s SSC (Student Success Coordinator) team, providing exceptional support and guidance to enhance student outcomes• Spearhead the implementation of a dynamic virtual community platform, integrating it seamlessly into the Learning Management System, fostering a strong sense of belonging in the distance education program. Delivering context-specific support, encouraging peer engagement, and ensuring students have a clear understanding of program expectations• Oversee internal proctoring administration of ETS Major Field Tests for Online MBA Capstone students, in alignment with AoL (Assurance of Learning) standards required for AACSB accreditation
