Project Director - Facilitate and recruit statewide and regional coalitions of stakeholders, advocates, medical providers, independent providers, caregivers and consumers; resulting in the delivery and outcome for older adults and people with disabilities. Evaluate current models of care; quality measures leading to health outcomes; and recommends new models of Care. Collaborate on appeals and complaint resolutions in all 29 counties and seven regions in MyCare Ohio dual demonstration.  Direct UHCAN’s work with the Office Health Transformation’s State Innovation Model to Operationalize Patient Centered Medical Homes; Value Based Insurance Design; Patient Family Advisory Committees; and Community Health Workers.  Extensive knowledge, understanding, and internal workings of the State’s (Ohio Department of Medicaid; Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities; County Jobs, and Family Services-Passport) and Federal (Center for Medicare and Medicaid).
