As the Head of the Inventory Control and Management Unit, I was responsible for implementing good inventory management practice, training of branch heads and cashiers who handles commercial inventory, train warehouse staff on effective and efficient handling of inventory and keeping of standard and acceptable stock levels to meet business needs and plans. Analyze inventory movements and trends for business decision.
