As Revelstoke Mountain Resort's Snow School manager I direct and am responsible for all aspects of snow school operations.Revelstoke's Snow School is a medium sized, growing team with a great mix of backgrounds and experience. We provide mountain guests with a variety of services including:-Lessons and in bounds guiding for all ability levels on ski or board-Childcare-Skill camps and instructor certification training-Avalanche awareness training

-Provided remote support for franchise operators of Tapsnap and DVDNow kiosks-Troubleshot networking, mechanical, windows, merchant, RFID, Linux issues

- Worked primarily remotely, supporting Eloqua APAC clients- Advised clients regarding technical and marketing strategies tailored to their individual goals and circumstances- Built and tested marking databases, automated benchmarks, materials, programs and usage patterns for QA stress tests- Audited and designed custom CRM-Marketing integrations, A/B testing, social and email engagement systems
