Projects both MV and LV. Electrical and instrumentation on several process plants and medium size cogen plant. Electrical and instrumentation design. Upgrade of MV network at ADM Purfleet, removal of Fisher DCS system and replacement with Honeywell TDA3000. Upgrade of MV system and installation of high speed bottling line. Instrumentation and electrical design of oil storage tank farm, de-waxing plant, animal feed plant, site security system, plant changes and modifications, lighting system upgrades. Drawing control and updates including PIDs, record keeping updates to Cymap ,SKM and Amtek design packages.

Electrical instrumentation projects of various sizes, including Bolier House 17bar 20T/hr, Dissolved Air Flotation plant, plant modifications. Maintenance of MV network SAP for site, responsible of operation of 11kV system.

Part of a three man team running multi million pound oil refinery. Duties include Electrical and instrumentation PM, contractor control, budget planning, record keeping, prep of method statements, risk assessment,maintain standards , ISO 9000 compliance, radiation supervisor, electrical and instrumentation design, specification of equipment and management of E&I team.

Design Installation and commissioning of instrumentation in oil refinery(approx project cost £50,000,000.) Including flow,level,analytical,PLC. Interface and connection design of DCS systems. De-comissioning of old refinery and upgrade of Hydrogen production plant.

Site charge hand , pm work on cogent plant day to day running of Electrical Department of 23 electricians and 10 electrical assistants. Responsible for electrical apprentices and training within the department. Contractor control and project supervision. Site authorised person up to 11kV responsible for the operation and maintenance of MV network.
