Crew Senior Professional: Electronics Engineer
Current Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Counter Radio controlled Electronic Warfare(CREW) mounted and dismounted systems(frequency jamming) to include Duke, THOR III, and BALDR Multi-functional FSR who provides support to the war fighter’s mission while deployed to Iraq Supports every unit on ground at any given moment with installations, testing, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the CREW systems as well as operational training for the individual soldier Provides in depth training to EW 29E soldiers so they have the confidence and ability to perform their job on a combat system after being out of the combat theater for an extended period of time Provides 24 hour accessibility, quick mobility, and service at any given time. Tracks, locates, and maintains over 300 systems. Implements and maintains electronic equipment, components and circuits for new and existing products Provides input to the required reports to include: daily maintenance, parts usage, parts levels, sensitive items accountability, government furnished equipment (GFE) to assure compliance with the proper storage and accountability for all sensitive and classified media
