Mr. Blondell has over 35 years’ civil engineering experience including water/wastewater conveyance design, project management including budget control, schedule development, work plans, etc. Other duties include: preparation of plans and specifications for construction, preparation of engineering reports, provide quality assurance/control of project deliverables, interface with client on project related issues, prepare progress reports, invoices, prepare technical and price proposals. Mr. Blondell typically undertakes multiple tasks for overall project management and assignment of task responsibilities to co-workers and engineering sub-consultants.Mr. Blondell is an experienced Project Manager, with capability in all project phases, from planning to construction. His project experience includes water and wastewater treatment systems, wastewater pumping stations, and over 100 miles of water and wastewater collection/conveyance systems for a wide range of utility owners throughout the mid-Atlantic region.Mr. Blondell also offers expertise in the advanced application of trenchless technologies for substantial utility installations and renewals. He is experienced with the design of utility installations (i.e. water, sanitary force main, gas, oil, etc.) using horizontal directional drilling methods and is also experienced with sanitary sewer rehabilitation/renewal utilizing pipe lining and/or bursting methods for increased conveyance and sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) elimination.Additional experience with preparing proposals, verifying invoices, preparing project status progress reports, manpower projections, and performing presentations as required for both pre-qualifying/interviews for project awards as a marketing venture and speaking in a public workshop environment for public/local Town Council approval.
