I am currently Associate Director of GeoEnvironmental Engineer at Patrick Parsons a rapidly growing highly rated multi-disciplinary consultancy. I have 20 years experience in Geotechnical, Geo-Environmental and Geological industries. I undertake a significant amount of bidding activities and prepare fee proposals for project values of <£1000 to >£30,000 on a regular basis. I have strengthen a number of Client relationships, that have led to opportunities on both on going and new schemes, and have been active in business development introducing new clients to the company and existing Clients to other company services.I completed a four year undergraduate Masters degree programme at Southampton where I had significant practical experience of mapping including 3rd year mapping and 4th year Masters projects based in the Iberian Pyrite Belt (VMS / VSHMS). Following completion of my degree I moved in to Geotechnical Engineering. After a number of years in the geotechnical industry I returned to the roots of solid rock geology, in particular exploration, mapping and research working as an Project Exploration Geologist for a junior explorer Pilbara / Paterson province of Western Australia which hosts a number of world class Copper and Gold deposits. Returning to the UK I restarted my Geoenvironmental career and have prgressed to my current role.
