Also served as the Personnel Recovery Director for the Command. Supervised the development and staffing of Concepts of Operation, for approval at the General Officer level.

Served as the Company Operations Sergeant of a EUCOM and AFRICOM oriented 90 man Special Forces Company with six Special Forces Operational Detachments-A (SFOD-A) and one Special Forces Operational Detachment-B (SFOD-B). Supervised the preparation and planning of company air operations, training concepts, after action reports, and scheduling of all company training. Able to advise, train, and lead up to a Battalion sized element of indigenous forces. Served as the Company Sergeant Major in his absence. Directly supervised ten Special Forces Soldiers and five support Soldiers through multiple deployments and training events.
