Assisting Estimators/Project Managers-Procurement– Procurement of materials for the project; including producing purchase orders and maintaining logs.Coordinate – Coordinates with project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors and field personnel.Job Paperwork – Produce project submittals, T&M tags, change orders, RFI’s. While maintaining all critical project logs.Take-offs – Able to take off a project as well as price the take off to submit a bid to the GC.

In the absence of Supervisor, coordinate the activities of the production on assigned shift.Assist in training and mentoring of new team members on shift.Consistently assumed additional responsibilities and worked extended hours to meet projected deadlines.Manufacture products in conformance to quality standards.Manage multiple jobs/equipment simultaneously. Uphold and advance company policies and standards.Assist in implementing improvement projects.Ensure proactive planning and execution of activities Assist Supervisor in coordinating day to day activities to ensure compliance in areas of safety, housekeeping, production and training.Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.In the absence of Supervisor, issue work permits and enter work orders as required for project activitiesEnsure adequate on the job training of workforceReport all safety incidents and near misses and participate in investigations.

•Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.•Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. •Design, construct, remodel, retrofit and repair interior and exterior structures made of steel, wood,drywall, plaster, concrete or brick. •Efficiently execute tasks including but not limited to: Layout, framing walls, ceilings, soffits, roof structures and architectural features, installing windows, entry and other doors and door openings, installing various siding and roofing materials, finishing with metal and wood trims•Interpret blueprints, sketches and building plans in preparation for layout•Comply with company safety procedures

Journeyman Certificate, Carpentry & Drywall / Lathing, Commercial Construction & Carpentry

4 year Apprenticeship Training, in which have maintained straight A's and continue to be a leader and Foreman for a multitude of class.
