To document and ensure Customers are receiving their product in tolerance for use.

Lead position in charge of a Surveillance Team whom observes, records and reports using NICE vision and CLEARCAST computer systems. Works in direct support of all departments, Security, Cages, Pits, Etc..Monitor all gaming and money handling to ensure proper procedures are followed, document all suspicious activity. Prepare daily activity and incidents.

Position included training all Military and Civilian personnel on Delta Shift of all state and federal laws, pertaining to UCMJ, MCM, including Department of Defense statutes and laws, including utilizations of computer software and multiple levels of reporting, investigations and follow-up of warrants, direct contact for all violations.
