Operate Swan Boat by pedal power for up to 24 passengers on a 15 minute ride along the Public Garden lagoon.Provide customer service and information for passengers and visitors.Supervise opening crew in prepping and cleaning boats for daily operation.Supervise closing crew to secure boats for overnight and safely store all supplies.Serve as front line “face” of the business in ticket sales and addressing customer needs.Assist in crowd control and public relations.Learn relevant aspects of small business operations and management.Mentor and train new staff in Swan Boat operation and company policies.
