Over the span of my career in information technology, I have been fortunate enough to share technical challenges and wins with a number of highly talented and enthusiastic individuals. This experience has imposed a deep appreciation for mentoring, the communal sharing of knowledge, and that a good idea can come from anywhere.I have dedicated myself to diversifying my technical and managerial experience in order to understand the IT infrastructure and Operations sphere. I believed this to be a fundamental key factor that allows leaders to be confident in making decisive strategic decisions both technical and policy based. The variety of challenges an organization, team, or individual can face at any point in time are surmountable when met with the right mindset and support. There is no knot that cannot be untangled.Confidence comes with experience and not only shapes our history, but shapes our future path. Each challenge presents a new chapter added to our story in which we have the opportunity to learn from, write ourselves, and to share with others.
