That's where I first started working with Irish SMEs, advising and representing them in all human resources and industrial relations matters. I saw how businesses without in-house expertise can quickly get tied up in all the red tape that is employment law. So, in 1988, I established MSS. MSS is also an SME, so my team and I are very aware of the challenges of running a small business.
