As Sector HR Director for Electrical Products with regional scope overseeing and leading all aspects of human resources management in Nine different countries , the role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce. This Global position collaborates with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances across different regions.

• Provide a range of services including Strategic, Operations, administration, and consulting in the field of human resources management.• Enhance company's mission and strategic vision by establishing and implementing effective HR efforts.• Develop, analyze and evaluate HR plans, strategies, policies, and procedures, to support the achievement of the overall organizational objectives.• Act as a strategic business advisor to the management team of each business unit by tackling key organizational and management issues.• Develop strategic recruiting and retention plans and lead the recruitment efforts to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.• Contribute to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunities.• Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive incentive plans that increase staff morale and productivity.• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.

• Responsible for Automotive BUs : Passenger Cars (Sales – Services – Spare parts – P&PM – CRM & Complains - Marketing) – 2&3 WHEELERS and Tires Lines of Businesses . + 3000 Headcount• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.• Develop integrated solutions, formulated partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees reflecting organizational objectives.• Align HR strategies and tactics to the organizational strategy.• Act as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues and on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action on attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the corporation.
