Created the position of Account Manager to build out the wholesale program of Cafe Red known as “Based Foods”. The goal of which to get the products into other cafes across the region through direct outreach and sales. Anticipating and maintaining the needs of multiple accounts, generating purchase orders, and providing customer support.

Includes a variety of things such as; creating and preparing tasting menus at private cocktail parties based on client desires, event preparation and tear down at different venues, guiding guests through an experience, and attending tastings to gain more knowledge and experience.

As co-owner of Belltown Strength and Conditioning I oversaw all recruitment and training of staff, day to day operations of the facility, as well as community engagement efforts with the goal to empower people with the knowledge that health and fitness should be accessible to everyone. I also coached multiple classes each week to clients at all levels of abilities.

Sole leasing agent for a 125 unit, multiple building community. I am responsible for engaging with prospective & current residents & vendors, generating marketing materials, implementing leasing & renewal strategies and assisting with the operations of multi-million dollar assets.

I started with the company in sales and worked my way up to operations manager, then district operations manager, and finally to vice president of operations. Was responsible for all day to day operational duties including recruiting, training, staffing, and scheduling multiple gym locations in the downtown area, in every department including janitorial, sales, and personal trainers. Inventory management and optimization, vendor relations, payroll reconciliation, and social media management.

LEAF stands for: Learning and Encouragement to build Active Futures.LEAF was a project based in Seattle, WA started by myself that was dedicated to educating, and inspiring people to strive for better health. The belief that wellness can be achieved through proper nutrition, with an emphasis on a plant based diet/ lifestyle, motivation, and exercise was the main focus of this project.
