Many of us remember the companies we worked for years ago that cared about the agents in the field. So many of the carriers in the market today are focused on their stock holders not the agents. Have you heard the phrase Double the Double? Well if you have, you know what I am talking about. Companies are even now trying to sell the agents on thinking less is more. Life of Alabama's company culture is what drew me to the worksite insurance industry. I wanted to own my renewals, I wanted a company that spent their money on the agents in the form of commission's and renewals. I liked trips and did not have to jump trough 10 different hops to make it. No we are not the biggest company out there. If you call our Home Office someone with a southern voice will actually answer the phone. I think we have seen over the years that bigger is not necessarily better. If you have not looked into LICOA please do, and if you have in the passed but were not interested, please look again. we now have online power application that makes everything easy. Also we provide great benefits in both in the worksite and individual business.
